Organic Ajowan oil is extracted from Caum Ajowan ( a type of annual herb) via steam distillation process. This medicinal plant is of 1 to 2 feet in height (30 cm to 70 cm) and it is notable for its red flowers and delicate leaves. The mature seeds of this herbaceous plant are dried and are processed to derive oil.
