DESCRIPTION:
Herbs like Amomum and Elettaria that belong to Zingiberaceae ginger family, are the sources of Cardamom Seed Oil. It is obtained via steam distillation method from the seeds of cardamom prior to its ripening period. The extracted oil has pleasant and pungent fragrance of spice. Its smell reminds about balsam. The translucent light yellow color oil of cardamom has light viscosity level. It is used as an essential part of Asian cuisines. CONSTITUENTS:
