DESCRIPTION:
Citrus Oil is obtained from the fruits of citrus tree via cold press method ( same process followed to extract olive oil). The extracted substance is not oil, although the word 'oil' has been used for its extraction technique. The obtained oil is basically aromatic and flavored compound present in the fruits of citrus tree. CONSTITUENTS:
The obtained citrus compound contains higher amount of limonene, sesquiterpenes and terpenes. The element limonene is made of 95% orange and 60% lemon and these proportions depend on the geographic location and variety of citrus fruits. AROMATIC SUMMARY / NOTE / STRENGTH OF AROMA:
